Gentle hills, sunshine, a solitary country house of the same colour as earth, silvery olive trees….. here the best Tuscan oil is produced.
More than 900 olive trees spread over 6 acres of land. In October olives are carefully handpicked according to the best Tuscan tradition and then pressed to get the most delicious oil!
We pick olives from the tree when they’re not fully ripe and the oil we get is of the highest quality and nutritional value. The good quality depends on the low level of acidity, colour, smell and flavour.
The production of olive oil has always been and will always be fundamental in the Italian economy and Mediterranean diet.
The oil we produce is an extra-virgin olive oil which is golden green in colour and has a mature and slightly hot flavour and an aftertaste of almond and artichoke. It’s excellent with salads but also good for cooking.
