Lucignano
Lucignano, only 26km away, is considered the pearl of the Valdichiana. It’s an outstanding example of medieval architecture and town planning: elliptical plan and concentric streets. Walk along the narrow streets and feel the charming mixed atmosphere of past and traditions.Every year in spring there’s a nice festival, called La Maggiolata, a kind of p ropitiatory rite for a good harvest.
