COOKING COURSE IN TUSCANY - HOLIDAY FARM


The course is for anyone interested in the matter, does not need any requirement, you only need to love and appreciate the food genuine.
The programme of the course will vary from the handmade pasta made, as tagliatelle, gnocchi, tortelli, and pappardelle with our typical sauces, the fabulous peasant soups, seasoned with the precious extra virgin olive oil of our production, a typical goodness of the Tuscan tradition. We could prepare soups to joint with mushrooms, vegetable Mediterranean soups, soups of chick peas, of beans, the tasty Acqua Cotta or the Pappa al Pomodoro. You can learn our roasts and conclude with the traditional sweets as Cantuccini to accompany the Vin Santo and other sweet pampering, whose secrets will be revealed on the spot.
At the end of each lesson, you can tempt your palate tasting meals that we have prepared.
A Cook and two assistants will be at your disposal to show you the recipes typical of our region.
Will be delivered aprons and recipe book to the participants!
The course will expand to the whole afternoon of Saturday until the dinner with our chefs. Our teachers AICI (Association of teachers of Italian cuisine) of "Pere a Margherite" propose cooking courses for groups of maximum 8 people who like experiment tastes and flavours of Tuscany. At the end of the workshop you will be issued regular participation certificate.


COSTS
The cost of the course is of 245 Euro per person and includes overnight stay for 2 nights in our structure, two breakfast room, the course and the tasting of the dishes prepared for dinner.
The course will be activated with a minimum of 4 accessions.
